By subscribing or using AVA, you agree to these terms.

AVA provides AI-powered automation tools and concierge services, delivered as a subscription.

All content, branding, and technology remain the property of AVA.

6. Limitation of Liability

AVA is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms.

8. Usage Limits & Overages

Each subscription tier includes a stated monthly allowance of AI interactions. An “AI interaction” means one end‑to‑end AI‑handled customer conversation (for example, answering a question, booking/rescheduling, or sending a follow‑up). We apply a soft cap: if you exceed your plan’s allowance, service continues and we may prompt you to upgrade. We do not apply overage fees without your consent.

9. Escalations & Human Assistance

On Starter, Growth, and Pro, unresolved items are escalated to your designated team email. Human/VA escalation by AVA staff is not included on these plans. Enterprise includes a dedicated success manager and may include human/VA escalation as specified in the order form or master agreement.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA.
